Exchange & Returns

Still not satisfied with your new purchase? Or just not the right size? You have the right to send an item returned within 14 days, without giving reasons (statutory right of withdrawal). Within this period you can see the article, review and/or modify as you would in any of our stores VLVT.


Refund Request Number

If you want to exchange one or more items to send to a different size or return, request a return number to the customer via support@vlvt.nl or over 0031 20 676 2235. Along with the confirmation of the exchange or return, you will receive a return number that you can send back your return.

When you receive your return number, you have fourteen days to return the item to us.

Returns item

Would you return your product? Then use our return instructions to allow smooth and effecient expired the return process. These instructions are supplied as standard with every order. If these instructions are missing or unexpected've thrown away accidentally, please contact our managers Webcare over 0031 20 676 2235 or support@vlvt.nl and ask for our return instructions.

Once the items have been received and accepted, we will as soon as possible but no later than 14 days refund the purchase amount in your account. The shipping of your order will be reimbursed by VLVT, but the shipping cost of return be your, the customer satisfied.

Returning in one of our stores VLVT

Of course you can always free to return the item in one of our stores VLVT. Our styling consultants will sign the receipt in our system, and your purchase price will be paid in the usual manner. However, for security reasons, we do not give cash in our VLVT stores.


Acceptance conditions for return

We can only refund the full purchase price if you stick to the following rules:

  • Products must be unworn. Passing is allowed, of course.
  • Shoes should be returned, if reasonably possible, with included and undamaged shoe box and shipped in its original box VLVT.nl.
  • The items must be packed in the undamaged original packaging (where reasonably possible)
  • The cards should not be thrown away or disappear.


Pay attention! Please return your item carefully. If the return damaged or used beyond what is necessary, we may charge an impairment with you.


Impact of depreciation on return

When the value of the returned item may be decided by us not to credit a portion of or the entire amount (to repay). Depreciation of an item occurs when when returning the item shows that it is damaged or if it is clear that the item has been worn or washed.



Exchange an item

Is an item not in the right size? No problem, with us you can just exchange the item. Request a return number and once we have received your return in good order, we will send you the required size free of charge.

The (postal) fees for return that you pay, but you get this amount back in the form of a credit code. The credit code is equivalent to the (postal) fees paid for the return. The credit code you can easily boost later in the ordering process with your next purchase at VLVT.nl. In this way, the amount is automatically deducted from the total amount of your (new) order.


Exchange in the store

The purchased product can also be exchanged in one of our VLVT stores for the same item in a different size or color. Please contact our Webcare managers so they can check the stock price of the article to exchange and inform our styling consultants in the store on your arrival.

Damaged item received

If your order is delivered damaged, we ask you to report this as soon as possible but no later than 48 hours customer service. The sooner we know it, the better we can come up with a solution.
